We're a family-owned construction company based in Saint Cloud, Florida. We build custom barns and barndominium homes for families across Central Florida — with almost 2 decades of experience, we know what works!
Built from the Ground Up
Avalon Barns & Barndominiums was founded right here in Saint Cloud by a husband-and-wife team who saw a gap in the market: Central Florida families wanted custom barns and barndominium homes, but most contractors either didn't specialize in them or weren't local enough to understand the region's unique building requirements.
We started small — taking on a handful of barn builds in Osceola County — and grew by doing good work and letting our projects speak for themselves. Today we handle everything from small hobby barns to full custom barndominium homes, and every project is still managed personally by the owners.
We're not a franchise. We're not a national chain. We're your neighbors, and we build like it.

With over 2 decades of hands-on construction experience in Central Florida, Ben oversees every build from design consultation, to site prep, to final walkthrough. A licensed general contractor, he brings deep knowledge of Florida's building codes, wind load requirements, and local permitting process to every project.

Ashlee Massey
Ashlee handles client relationships, project coordination, and permitting within all Central Florida counties. She works directly with every family from the first call through the final walkthrough — making sure the build matches what you envisioned and that the process is as smooth as possible.
